Reptiles are called cold blooded, its doesn’t mean they have cold blood, it means they can’t warm themselves up. Mammals (like us) shiver to warm up and sweat to cool down. Reptiles can’t do this, they have to move to warmer or colder areas to regulate their temperature. Tortoises, Lizards, Crocodiles and snakes are the four main types of reptiles.
